Help plan Douglas County’s premier annual event. Join your County Fair Board!
Applications for three vacancies are being accepted through March 5
Are you a Douglas County resident who’s passionate about our rural heritage, agriculture, western sports, youth exhibits and quality entertainment? Your passion and knowledge of agriculture and western heritage – paired with a background in large-event management, accounting/finance, and/or a strong network of resources helpful to the production of a large-scale community event – may position you as the next member of the Douglas County Fair Board.
If you meet these criteria, have a strong work ethic and have a flexible schedule to allow for weekday activities, you are encouraged to apply for one of three open seats. Online applications will be accepted through March 5, 2024 – click “Apply” below to complete your application.
Your County government makes decisions that impact you – and your elected leaders want you involved.
