This effort is to improve existing transit services and find ways to provide reasonable and reliable transit to people who do not own or have access to their own transportation, who do not own a phone, and/or who have limited personal mobility.
The study focuses on the northern area of Douglas County, including the City of Castle Pines, the Town of Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, the City of Lone Tree, and the Town of Parker.
The information gathered will identify places where the current transit network does not connect people to the places they want to go, and potential near- and long-term improvements to the existing system or new connections.
