Project Update

This is not a Douglas County project. The Town of Parker is managing the construction of this project. Construction started in March 2024 and is anticipated to be completed in July 2025.

Description

Dransfeldt Road, which currently terminates at Twenty Mile Road, will be extended south to intersect with Motsenbocker Road, just north of Salisbury Park.

  • Per an Intergovernmental Agreement approved in September 2023, Douglas County will provide a financial contribution of $8,000,000 for the construction phase and $875,000 during the design phase.
  • Project is a total investment of $32 million for the roadway and the channel improvement infrastructure.
