100% of your donation to the Douglas County Community Foundation will help support those organizations (listed below) that help those who are homeless.

The Help & Hope Center is a non-profit human service organization dedicated to providing assistance to people in Douglas and Elbert counties who are in serious economic need, at risk of homelessness, or in a similar crisis. They address immediate needs by consistently providing food and other necessities for homeless, low income and the working poor in our community.
The Parker Task Force is a non-profit human service organization dedicated to providing assistance to people in the Town of Parker who are suffering financial or personal crisis due to job loss, illness, accidents or other problem. They are dedicated to providing individuals and families in our community with food, limited financial assistance and other support services to help them become self-sufficient.
SECOR Cares is a non-profit human service organization dedicated to providing assistance to people in Douglas and Arapahoe counties who are experiencing suburban poverty. They primarily work address the food needs of individuals and families through a free food market.
The Homeless Engagement Assistance and Resource Team (HEART) is a co-responder team that pairs Navigators with local law enforcement to respond to community calls regarding homelessness and provides support and resources to homeless individuals contacted as they arise.
Emergency programs or services for homeless individuals, including temporary residences for people experiencing homelessness.
