2022 Youth Congress Online Registration Now Available
Students, grades 9 – 12 are invited to attend Youth Congress, on October 7, 2022, from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the State Capitol.
Topics this year include Mental Health Classes, Youth Criminal Justice, Pressure to Succeed, School safety, Dogs in Schools, Youth Voice, Finances, and Trade School.
Sample Agenda:
– 9 a.m. check-in
– Meet your Elected Officials
– Speaker
– Break out into eight groups
– Lunch
– Presentations by Workgroups and discussion with Elected Officials
– Conclusion
