Aug. 2, 2021 - VA Adds New Southwest Asia Presumptive

The VA will begin processing claims on August 2 for asthma, rhinitis, and sinusitis on a presumptive basis for particular matter exposures during service in Southwest Asia if these conditions manifested within 10 years of a qualifying period of military service.
