Exemptions

Senior Property Tax Exemption

The partial tax exemption for senior citizens was created for qualifying seniors and the surviving spouses of seniors who previously qualified.

Senior Exemptions

Disabled Veteran's Exemption

The partial exemption for senior citizens includes 100% disabled veterans as well as the surviving spouses of veterans who previously qualified. Applications are made to the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
